Did you know your physical body is a representation of your mind? Finding alignment in your body and your practice is key to growth and transformation. When aiming for archetypal yoga poses, we start to learn where we are comfortable and where discomfort lies. We can use this information to experience new found stability, freedom and strength in our structure and who we are.
Learn how to set up YOUR body in safely aligned yoga poses to prevent injury and gain insights by building alignment from foundational poses and translating it to daily physical and psychological patterns.
The 2 hour workshop includes a 1 hour class and 1 hour of partner and group work.
