Solution: Office yoga classes that include physical movement to ease discomfort in the body and breath work with short meditations to ease the mind and refocus energy. We offer conventional classes on the mat, board room chair yoga and individual private sessions. All of our sessions teach you how to practice yoga postures safely and caters to all bodies and levels of experience.
Problem: Fatigue and the afternoon slump, embarrassing digestive symptoms, trouble maintaining a healthy weight or confused about how to eat well with a busy schedule.
Solution: Food has the ability to give us the energy we need to do the work we love. Learn how quality and timing of meals impacts how you feel and gain techniques to understand what your unique body needs to function at its best (there's no one size fits all approach!). We offer lunch & learns to help employees get started and in-house dietitian counselling services to guide employees to their best health.
