"I lost the ability to walk pain free beyond 40 minutes and had weakness in the knees and hips due to osteoarthritis. I was already practicing yoga at the gym, but found Katonah yoga positions were held longer, which improved my mobility. I really liked that Lesley gives each student personal attention and offers hands on adjustments so that each posture is positioned correctly.
After a year of taking her group classes and now doing online classes, my knees have regained movement, they’re stronger and more flexible. I am now able to practice more advanced postures and have a better understanding of my body’s alignment and how to catch and correct myself.
