Before the holiday’s ask more of you, gift yourself a weekend that gives back.
For the woman who holds so much for everyone else.
This weekend was designed for you to let your hair down, be pampered, celebrated, and return home with a renewed sense of self-compassion, confidence, connection & clarity.
Nourish your body, replenish your spirit, and warm your soul. Join us for a cozy, grown-up sleepover at August House!
The Experience
As the year draws to a close and winter invites us inward, we invite 16 women to gather with us at The August House for a weekend of warmth, wonder, and meaningful connection.
Wintering invites you to get cozy, settle inward and offer yourself the deep rest and nourishment you may have been needing. Together, we will slow down, listen deeply and reconnect with the wisdom of your body, while making space for laughter, creativity, movement, dancing and the sparkle of the season.
Guided by three experienced mental health and wellness professionals, each bringing depth, care and expertise from her own field, this thoughtfully created retreat will weave together somatic and IFS-informed reflection, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, emotional energy clearing, ceremony, embodied play & dancing.
There will be opportunities for meaningful insight, fresh perspective and those illuminating “aha” moments that continue unfolding long after the weekend is over. You will leave with practical tools to support greater emotional awareness, clearer decision-making and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
There will also be time to receive nourishing meals, fireside conversations, sauna, rest, music, creativity, laughter and the twinkle of winter, Solstice and Christmas magic. Part restorative retreat, part women’s circle and part grown-up sleepover, this is a weekend to be cared for, to soften, replenish and return to what is most true within you.
You do not have to hold everything here.
Come set it down.
Come gather the light.
Come remember your joy.
