Freedom from Digestive Issues & Food Sensitivities
A targeted program to identify and address the root causes of digestive discomfort and food sensitivities. Utilizing nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and mind-body support helps alleviate symptoms, soothe the gut, and rebuild confidence with food.
This 12-week program includes biweekly sessions & resources to help implement a symptom-free diet and identify triggering foods.

Freedom from Emotional Eating
A supportive program that helps you stop emotional eating by identifying triggers, regulating the nervous system, and shifting the beliefs driving food patterns. You’ll learn practical tools to respond to emotions without turning to food, build consistency, and develop a calmer, more intentional relationship with eating.
This 12-week program includes biweekly sessions to support clearing beliefs influencing your relationship to food and eating.

Continued Nutrition Support
One-on-one follow-ups are available after finishing a program to refine your plan, work through any new barriers, stay accountable, and support lasting results.
45 min Follow up Nutrition Session: $130
*Sessions may be covered under private health insurance if Registered Dietitians are covered under your plan. Payment is required to initiate the plan; receipts for reimbursement are issued after each session.
