Our nutrition programs are structured, personalized journeys designed to address the root causes of ongoing health challenges—not just manage symptoms.

Each program combines targeted nutrition counselling with guided reflection and behaviour change strategies. You’ll learn to notice patterns that lead to symptoms and respond differently to triggers to help create real, sustainable change. Rather than one-off sessions, you’ll receive ongoing guidance, tools, and accountability, allowing your body to regulate, heal, and move toward lasting balance.

This approach is about coming home to your own body and choices, cultivating awareness and practical skills that allow healthy eating to flow with your life, not against it.

  • A complimentary 15-minute session to uncover the patterns and triggers influencing your eating habits, digestion, or metabolic health. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, explore what may be keeping you stuck, and outline the best program or approach for meaningful, lasting change.

  • For anyone looking to support weight loss and inflammation with a structured and personalized program.

    This 12-week personalized nutrition program is based on your unique blood chemistry, designed to restore metabolic, hormonal, and digestive balance. Your tailored food plan helps regulate the body naturally, reduce inflammation, and support sustainable weight management, energy, and overall well-being.

  • A targeted program to identify and address the root causes of digestive discomfort and food sensitivities. Utilizing nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and mind-body support helps alleviate symptoms, soothe the gut, and rebuild confidence with food.

    This 12-week program includes biweekly sessions & resources to help implement a symptom-free diet and identify triggering foods.

  • A supportive program that helps you identify the patterns and habits that often happen automatically, beneath awareness. These habits can be shaped by stress, emotions, and long-held beliefs, subtly guiding food choices in ways you may not notice. You’ll learn practical tools to respond to emotions without turning to food, build consistency, and develop a calmer, more intentional relationship with eating.

    This program is suitable for anyone experiencing emotional or stress-influenced eating, automatic cravings, cycles of restriction and/or overeating, digestive discomfort affected by stress, low energy, hormone-related concerns, or difficulty recognizing hunger and fullness.

    This 12-week program includes biweekly sessions to support understanding and transforming beliefs influencing your relationship to food and eating.

  • Follow-ups are available after finishing a program to refine your plan, work through any new barriers, stay accountable, and support lasting habits.
